Shipping policy

NOTICE: Currently only shipping to USA. I would love to offer international shipping options, though if there is enough interest. Please let me know if you’re interested, and I’ll reach out when I’m able to offer that!

Processing Times

All orders are packed and shipped by hand. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. If there’s ever a delay beyond that, I’ll do my best to communicate it via email.

Shipping Methods & Time Estimates

USA Shipping Estimates:

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight. Estimated delivery times are: 5-7 business days after processing

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is determined based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it’s out of my hands. I can’t be responsible for lost, stolen, or severely delayed packages. If something goes wrong, please reach out and I’ll help however I can.

For US Packages, USPS includes $100 of insurance on domestic Priority Mail and Ground Advantage services, which are the two options I use. I’m happy to work with you to file a claim through their portal.

If your package shows as “delivered” but you can’t find it, double-check with neighbors or your local post office first. Packages marked as “delivered” are typically not covered because USPS considers its job done. If you have any documentation proving they didn’t deliver, please send it over with your initial email to me.

Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I’m not able to replace or refund items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
